Using actions from My Four Hens (Inspiration) I Love this set! I have bought other actions from her site but this one is by far one of my all time favs! This action set has quite a verity of different, fun effects!
The action I used in the photo was I believe it was Time & Space. As far as the background I cloned the purple skirt and touched up all the empty spots. I also cropped the photo to focus more on her hands and face.
